Thank you for posting your videos. I used to think that yoga was so boring but you changed the way I feel about it because of your awesome vibe and a cool personality. Keep doing what you're doing!!!


Since [2020] started I haven't been able to play football and I just felt I was losing some flexibility, I guess I would have been stretching a lot before without realizing how beneficial it actually was until I stopped. So I needed to find something else, and a friend recommended either yoga or pilates as a substitute and here we are, I found you on YouTube and liked the videos so I gave patreon a shot

I just did your latest yoga warm-up. Going on vacation (staycation) next week so it's "Courtney Yoga Time" every morning next week to hopefully form a new daily habit. I only do them once every few days so I'm trying to do them more often.

I finally got my back checked out and ended up in physical therapy (slipped disk). Between that and of course your videos I feel 100% better.

I have been through some pretty nasty traffic accidents, and a serious surgery culminating in a fall at work. I felt such a tremendous loss when I was unable to walk and the weakness brought about a lot of mental distress. In my search for answers to discovering why I was so ill, how to help myself recover I came across Courtney's video programs. Wow, how inspirational! I have watched for about a year now and slowly as I have recovered, I find I can now do many of the poses. I have used many holistic therapies in which I learned to aid my recovery but watching her friendly, professional videos helped my mind find a great space to recover.


I was skeptical at first that I would be able to get into some of the positions, but was pleasantly surprised that the exercises and techniques Courtney presented turned my effort into a success.     Hey Courtney! I just signed up for the week pass. I’m interested in doing the year membership but I wanted to start with the sunrise series and proceed from there. Unfortunately, I either don’t have access to it or I simply cannot find it. My account has already been drafted. Could you help me please?     Getting any exercise with a 5 month baby is difficult. your 20 min sessions are perfect as they are about the length of baby nap time. I do the beautiful morning routine after breakfast and relaxation routine at night. I am wanting to add in your weight loss routines but am unsure how far to push my body 5 months after childbirth? My sister is a fitness coach and advices on the cautious side, would three 20 min sessions a day be overly ambitious?

      Hi Zoe, Hooray for having a morning and evening routine that you like! As for adding in a weight loss routine, I say go for it! I understand the side of caution, but you are the one who knows your own body best, and it sounds to me like you are ready for more 🙂 Three 20-minute sessions a day is absolutely a well-balanced practice. Keep in touch, and keep up the progress.

    Hello, I have been a Therapeutic Yoga Instructor for 25 years. I have been a yoga
    practitioner for 34 years.
    I started with yoga due to chronic migraines. I needed something more peaceful than loud music aerobics.
    I joined your site because I just want some one to teach me for a change. You are younger than me, but one day you may know what I mean.
