Thank you for posting your videos. I used to think that yoga was so boring but you changed the way I feel about it because of your awesome vibe and a cool personality. Keep doing what you're doing!!!

Since [2020] started I haven't been able to play football and I just felt I was losing some flexibility, I guess I would have been stretching a lot before without realizing how beneficial it actually was until I stopped. So I needed to find something else, and a friend recommended either yoga or pilates as a substitute and here we are, I found you on YouTube and liked the videos so I gave patreon a shot

MAY 2021

I just did your latest yoga warm-up. Going on vacation (staycation) next week so it's "Courtney Yoga Time" every morning next week to hopefully form a new daily habit. I only do them once every few days so I'm trying to do them more often.

JULY 2020

I finally got my back checked out and ended up in physical therapy (slipped disk). Between that and of course your videos I feel 100% better.

I started Courtney's videos about 4 months ago and am now doing them consistently. At this time I've noticed, quite rapidly, that my balance, posture, breathing overall all well being began to improve. Not to mention, visible weight loss! It makes me excited, and I have to say a huge thank you to Courtney. She makes yoga easy to add to one's daily routine for those of us not keen on group classes. I aim to keep yoga as a part of my life as it also helps me combat my depression and anxiety.

Thank you and Namaste.

Courtney's Yoga videos revitalize my body through her personalized approach to health. Her workouts target my specific sports injuries and problem areas. The videos save me time, are cost effective, and give me maximum results. I am peeling away many years of abuse from my 25 years in athletics and I've never felt better!

I have been through some pretty nasty traffic accidents, and a serious surgery culminating in a fall at work. I felt such a tremendous loss when I was unable to walk and the weakness brought about a lot of mental distress. In my search for answers to discovering why I was so ill, how to help myself recover I came across Courtney's video programs. Wow, how inspirational! I have watched for about a year now and slowly as I have recovered, I find I can now do many of the poses. I have used many holistic therapies in which I learned to aid my recovery but watching her friendly, professional videos helped my mind find a great space to recover.

I was skeptical at first that I would be able to get into some of the positions, but was pleasantly surprised that the exercises and techniques Courtney presented turned my effort into a success. Courtney's Yoga has not only strengthened areas of my body that have been weak for years, but it has been instrumental in helping me achieve greater results from my chiropractic and deep-tissue sessions. My aching back and neck are so grateful!

    Hi Courtney,

Ive been following your yoga videos lately, in the hope that I can lose the 13 kg that I gained in about 2 years as a result of extreme stress; that stress has severely messed up my metabolism, so I know it wont be quick, but I realised that surely you do more than yoga to keep your body trim? I just cant believe that I can lose so much wt and reshape my body by yoga alone, much as I love it. Please can you share some fitness tips in order to lose wt? Other things you do apart from yoga? And what kind of diet you follow to maintain your wt and stay strong? Also, do you do yoga daily? How many hours a day? It would be so helpful and inspirational if you could share all that with your viewers. Many thanks.

Hi Safia, thanks for writing. You bring up some great questions! I’m happy to share more about my personal routines and diet. I’m going to make a video talking about this, and will post it on my blog. If you like, join my Facebook group called Essential Yoga. I will be keeping that updated as well.

Hi Sonia, thanks for writing. I recently made a practice video for a student who is healing from a wrist injury. It is a 15 minute standing pose practice with shoulder stretch variations. There is no weight bearing for the hands. If you’d like to access the video I am currently taking donations 🙂 as I put in a lot of work to create/edit/publish each of my private videos. There is a donation button on the top of my home page. Let me know if you have any questions. I’m glad you are finding strength in yoga!

Thank you, Courtney for the short yoga sessions. Most sessions are way too long for a full time care giver to take part in. This really helps me relax.

Hi Mary, thanks for writing. Yes, it is important to take time to take care of our self. I am a big believer in the power of self care! I am happy to hear that you are taking a fraction of time to spend on yourself. It can make a world of difference 🙂

    HI Courtney,

Thank you so much for the videos. I have some issues though- I feel very weak and I’ve been doing Yoga for 5 days now

Hi Tonye, thanks for writing! I’m sorry it took me so long to reply. It was a busy time of year. Did you take some time off to rest?
