Essential Yoga Flow – Dim lights, rhythmic music, and essential oil aromatherapy set the tone for a deeply grounded connection with the body. In this class you will plug into your authentic self and re-center the wandering mind through intentional movement. Sequences focus on the foundational asanas and primal patterns to empower all experience levels.
