Zoe has a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from UC Berkeley. She works in the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Texas at Austin, and holds the first role of Professor of Yoga. She has a skillful eye for anatomy, alignment, and precision therapeutics.
She adheres to the belief that yoga is a healing art, always aimed at reminding one of one's wholeness.
Courtney is a massage therapist and yoga instructor with a Bachelor of Arts in cultural anthropology from U.T. Austin. She is the founder of Yogacurrent, and works as a content creator to share healing methods for wellness, pain relief and self care.
Her personal practice is guided by patience, intention, and the transformational qualities of fascia within the musculoskeletal system.
