This technique comes from my years of working with people as a massage therapist and yoga instructor. It will help deconstruct limitations to achieve freedom in movement and poise. It works especially well with Downward Dog for your Yoga practice.
As an onlooker, this seems so simple but the effect is profound. Once you connect to the forces of fascia you’ll feel the difference from before and after.
