Daily Power Poses

“Power Poses” are physical positions held for seconds or minutes at a time, that actually create chemical shifts that positively affect self-confidence and self-esteem. New research on Power Poses was recently conducted at Harvard by Amy Cuddy. You can view her TedX talk here.

I have outlined the basic physical yoga postures with guided instruction harness emotional awareness and execute intellectual action. Set the intention to discover something new and make a breakthrough!
