Empower The Creative Pulse

Wowee!

I love the fresh dose of perspective that traveling brings. I just landed in LA to teach at a health conference. Can you guess what I’m teaching?

… YOGA!

(that was an easy question)

I am pumped to be here, sharing not only a great yoga routine, but a truly transformative practice to “Empower Your Creative Pulse.”

(Video copies of the practice will be available for download so you can join even if you’re not making the Take Back Your Health conference)

Kind of exciting right???

We are pulsing with life, each one of us. Just place your 2 peace fingers gently to your neck, at a diagonal down from your chin and ear. You can feel it.

Now, what are you going to do with it?

mary oliver quote

The beauty of yoga is that it activates a life force that invites us to connect more presently, more powerfully, and more harmoniously with the world around us.

I am really getting this more and more these days.

We can all work to build a better body, a better career, a better relationship, a better life, etc etc etc. But, when do we stop trying to be better? When do the achievements become enjoyments? And, as Mary Oliver says, what do we do with our “one wild and precious life?”

(this is a harder question….)

We have to get creative to find any kind of answer for this question. And that power comes from within, and reaches without.

Are you ready to empower the creative pulse?
