Morning Yoga, April 1st

It’s a wonderful day! I am writing this from an amazing space of fulfilment and I’d like to share that I am 100% thrilled with what’s been happening in my world.

I’ve taken time to connect with sources of inspiration, focus on ways to build bridges from my true self, nurture  relationships, and tend to my needs.

It’s been a FULL day of deepening my breath rhythm and synchronizing my body, on my yoga mat and off. What a luxury this day is for me, to group text with my family, practice yoga, cook breakfast, drink fresh lemon water, diffuse essential oils, and connect with my blog and patreon campaign.

This is a video snippet from my morning yoga routine today. I hope it inspires you to take time and create space for your self too!
