First Shoulder Stretch. We begin with Eagle Fold in order to open the breath waves into the back body.  A simple breathing technique is practised in this video to experience the subtle actions of scapular movement and gain awareness of their powerful effect on your brain chemistry.

Second Shoulder Stretch. Eagle Bind takes the stretch to a new level by intertwining your arms from elbows to wrists, then turning your hand palms towards one another. This is more than a stretch. This is a bind that creates a compact form that causes alignment of the rib cage. It flushes out toxins and sends ease through the internal organs.

Third Shoulder Stretch. This stretch steps into a new range of motion for the Divine Bind. This takes only half of the bind while using the free hand for support in order to generate awareness and gather strength for the chest. It opens up a line of energy that is usually tucked under your arm and along your sides.
