Making a Smoothie

green smoothie

Hi Everyone!

I feel like it’s been forever since my last blog so I wanted to take a moment and post an update about the Current happenings at Yoga Current!

We began the 21-Days of Yoga Challenge last week. This has been a fun adventure in connecting with new (and reconnecting with dedicated) members, sharing the challenge of 21-Days of Yoga.

PLUS, I have been collaborating on a special project with my dear teacher-friend Zoe.

(You can see snippets of the project on my Instagram feed  (((follow me))) plus watch our Invitation video here.)

All of this = busy as a deity with 8 arms.

Or an octopus with 8 tentacles.

Or a spider with 8 legs.

But since my work is in Yoga, I feel the image of a deity with 8 arms is more applicable.

So, having fast, easy, and super nutrients has been of utmost important to support my mind, body, and spirit during these weeks, being Busy as a Bee.

Want to know what it is?

I’ll give you a hint…. it’s green, it’s chilled, and… it’s sort of delicious.

It’s a super smoothie!

INGREDIENTS:

Apple + Carrot + Cucumber + Kale

Coconut Water + Coconut Oil + Sunflower Seed Butter

Flax + Chia

DIRECTIONS:

Blend in the VitaMix or food processor.

Chill with a glass of healthy greens, super foods, and veggies.

It fills me up with satisfaction…

in my digestive-body, my energetic-body, and my mindful-body.

Yum.

What else would you add to this? 🙂
