Peacock Feather Pose (Pincha Mayurasana)

Did you know that,

before a Peacock displays his beautiful feathers, it will first lift its tail upright?

This pose is named after the peacock in its preeminent expression of grandeur…

Pincha Mayurasana, aka Peacock Feather Pose.

Here is a Demonstration of the Pose:

Moving into this posture requires a dose of focus!

But will help you replace stress with confidence and joy 🙂
