Have you noticed how the morning sunlight changes now that we are moving through winter, forward into the new year?
I am loving how morning arrives a bit earlier through my eastern windows with a soft and bright light. It makes me feel fresh and inspired as I wake up, kind of like the feeling you get when you are stretching to wake up after a long Shavasana. In honor of this fresh new feeling surging through my body and mind in the mornings, I am starting up a morning Yoga program that originally kicked off the membership side of Yoga Current.
The series is called ROCK THE CLOCK.
It is a 3-week Yoga program designed to get you moving and breathing in my Yoga Flow classes. I filmed this series in the morning light at a variety of outdoor locations all over downtown Austin.
Through the series, you will get to see how my own practice evolves through the practice of:
- Sun Salutations
- Balance Poses
- Hip Opening
- Core Work
- Upper Body Strength
Together, we will carve out time (and space) in our day to practice, meditate, and empower our body, mind, and soul energy. You can look forward to working with my tips for How To Create Your Yoga Space, and you will have an opportunity to share your progress in creating your ideal Yoga space from your own home or practice place.
Included in this series are my “Essential Keys” to study Key Poses that will help you in my Flow classes. I will send you a guide of Questions to help you chart your own evolutionary progress. Together, we will identify and explore what is a challenge and what is a strength, and we will learn how to create positive effects in both our Strengths and our Challenges.
In addition, you will have unlimited access to my Member Video Portal with lots of brand-new videos to choose from and explore.
